It has long maintained friendly cooperation with large enterprises such as Xingfa, Fenglu, Yalu, Weiye, Haomei, Huajian, Sunshine, etc. The company is located in Lerzhu Industrial Zone, Chencun, Shunde District, Foshan City, with convenient transportation. In March 2008, the company successfully developed a new type of zirconium-titanium aluminum alloy chromium-free conversion process and developed an aluminum alloy chromium-free conversion technology with independent intellectual property rights. Chromium-free product LG926 was earlier in the industry to obtain the national quality square and circle certification, ISO9001 quality management system certification, and was awarded the "Guangdong Province Major Science and Technology Special Project Implementation Unit" by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2009. In July 2015, chromium-free product LG926 passed the QUALISINO agency certification. In November of the same year, LG926 won the first prize of Science and Technology Award in Chancheng District, Foshan City. In 2019 and 2020, it was named Xingfa Aluminum Excellent Supplier. Junhu has been working on carbon neutrality, green environmental protection and innovation. In 2019, it pioneered the alkali-alkali free single acid neutralization process to achieve no fluoride ions in wastewater. In 2020, it will continue to launch the direct passivation process without washing after oil removal, so that there is no wastewater discharge in the pre-treatment. In 2021, it pioneered the launch of a zero-emission series of products, which made a breakthrough in the traditional pre-treatment process. After oil removal, no water washing is required, and no water washing is required after chromium. No wastewater or waste residue is generated at the source of pre-treatment, which reduces equipment costs, saves power and water consumption, and achieves a true zero-discharge process, which greatly saves water for enterprises and solves environmental protection problems, and improves market competitiveness for customers. Now Junhu zero emission process has been very mature and stable, among which Yalco, Haomei, Henan Xingfa, Henan Swan, Henan Haihuang, Henan Xichao, Shandong Guangya, Shandong Jianglong, Shandong New Tangsheng, Hubei Shimei, Guizhou Aluminum Factory, Guizhou Panheng, Guante, Yatai, etc. have all been put into production and the quality is very stable, giving our company great affirmation of zero emission. Junhu zero emission process was officially obtained the national patent certificate in May 2022.
